How to Use the Sex, Lies and Cosmetic Surgery CD-in-a-Book

1. First check the publication date of your copy Sex, Lies and Cosmetic Surgery: either 2006 or 2008.

2. Now place your CD-in-a-Book in your CD computer drive, and find that same publication date on that opening screen. Click on it. You will be transported to a screen of topic driven tabs, as pictured below.



3. Select the topic you would like to read more about from this index.

Once you click on a topic tab, you will see a screen filled with subtopic choices.

4. Here is one example:

Let's suppose you selected the first tab topic: Is Cosmetic Surgery Right for You?
Notice the subtopics that appear on this next screen.



Wherever you see a small CD icon to the right of a subtopic and click on it, you will be transported to a printable form relevant to that subject.
Wherever you see a small book cover icon to the right of a subtopic, you will find an index of page numbers where that subject is covered in the book.


5. Here is a second example:

If you selected Psychological Undercurrents to Cosmetic Surgery as your topic choice on the first screen,
you would see the following listing of subtopics to help you locate the exact information you want, quickly and effortlessly.



6. There are a total of nine (9) major topic screens, each of which is similarly broken down into subtopic headings indexed by page numbers and printable forms. The above two pictured screens are used to demonstrate how this CD works, but there is a similar screen for each of the other 7 major topics.
