How to Use the Sex, Lies and Cosmetic Surgery CD-in-a-Book

1. First check the publication date of your copy of Sex, Lies and Cosmetic Surgery: either 2006 or 2008.

2. Now place your CD-in-a-Book in your CD computer drive, and find that same publication date on that opening screen. Click on it.



3. You will be transported to a screen of topic driven tabs, as pictured on the left, below.
Select the topic you would like to read more about from this index.


4. Let's suppose you selected the first tab topic: Is Cosmetic Surgery Right for You?
Once you click on that topic tab, you will see a screen filled with subtopic choices as pictured on the screen to the right.

Wherever you see a (CD) icon to the right of a subtopic and click on it,
you will be transported to a printable form relevant to that subject.
Wherever you see a (small book cover) icon to the right of a subtopic,
you will find an index of page numbers where that subject is covered in the book.


5. Suppose instead you selected Psychological Undercurrents to Cosmetic Surgery as your topic choice.
You would see a list of subtopics, as pictured on the left screen, to help you locate the exact information you want, quickly and effortlessly.
